What is the difference between a planner and a coordinator?
A wedding planner is your go-to from “I said yes!” to the big day, handling everything from vendor bookings to design. A coordinator steps in closer to the wedding, making sure everything you’ve planned goes smoothly. Planners = start to finish, coordinators = crunch time. Both roles are focused on logistics and bringing the vision together.
How often will we meet?
Our first meeting can happen anytime between now and 2 months out from your wedding. After that, most communication will happen digitally, until 6 weeks out from your wedding day. That will be followed up with another meeting at week 4 for hand-over. We will then have at least 1 other meeting before rehearsal day to finalise details.
Will you pick up and drop off our hire items?
Will you be onsite the day before?
If there is a problem on the day what will you do?
