What is the difference between a planner and a coordinator?
A wedding planner is your go-to from “I said yes!” to the big day, handling everything from vendor bookings to design. A coordinator steps in closer to the wedding, making sure everything you’ve planned goes smoothly. Planners = start to finish, coordinators = crunch time. Both roles are focused on logistics and bringing the vision together.
If we hire you as our planner, can we also have you as our celebrant?
Of course! Part of providing a wrap-around service is being able to fill as many of your wedding day needs as possible. In fact, having me in both roles can help you create a more cohesive feel to your day. If it seems like I will be pulled in too many directions on the day, I will bring on an assistant coordinator to help me get it done!
